Excellent service I would 100% recommend Robert Little garages.
I bought a 15 plate caddy a week ago and the first day out in it the engine management light came on. I called Robert and he was as disappointed as I was, he told me to bring it in when it suited my work commitments as the power wasnt affected. I called the morning I had an afternoon free and I was asked to bring it in for diagnosis, as soon as I got there he had the diagnostic computer connected up to my caddy and a faulty glow was diagnosed. Robert promptly ordered the replacement part and said he would change all 4 as he was doing the faulty one. I was back on the road within an hour of arriving and the van has been fine since. You wouldn't get this kind of friendly prompt service from a main dealer, definitely recommended.

Fantastic service all round. We bought a Transit from Robert Little and it's absolutely superb. From test drive, to the easy going purchase, delivery and after sales it's been flawless.

The Transit is superb and is a great vehicle with nothing extra needing doing to it. All documents were processed super fast and it was a good price too.

Overall just a superb, professional, easy, efficient and faultless service and vehicle. Robert even managed to deliver it to us in Newcastle upon Tyne extremely quickly, which we were so happy about. Absolute star!

Definitely one of the best garages we've used over the years and very highly recommended.

Bought our new van from Robert went for a look on the Saturday back for a second look on the Sunday he had a look at our van gave us a good trade in, deal done on the Monday van picked up with tow bar and roof vent added on the Friday. Great service really pleased with the van highly recommended

I travelled an hour and a half to look at this van and it was in exactly the condition how Robert had explained on the phone, I wasn't disappointed when i got there. I spent a good hour looking around the vehicle then took it for a test drive for about 30mins, at no time was i put under any pressure to buy.
I negotiated a price for the vehicle and he didn't even want a deposit!!!! told me to think about it over weekend & ring him Monday if i was interested. There were a couple of things that i forgot to check while i was there and he even took photos of chassis numbers & sent them to me to verify details. All the paperwork was absolutely spot on and the van drives really well since i bought it. Robert seems like a decent old fashioned businessman with absolutely no nonsense what so ever, would defo recommend. Thanks

Just bought a van from Robert and his team. The garage is extremely resourceful with well looked after stock, and a good selection for different budgets and requirements.
Robert found me a very clean van and had put in a good amount of work into servicing it to make sure it was in top condition.
He also had great connections with other local services which meant my van was converted into a day van within a week once he had sourced it!
Great communication, extremely knowledgable and resourceful.
